Trust is having confidence in ourselves and others.  On our journey toward healing it is trust that will enable us to take a risk and, in the absence of certainty, will assume that we will reach a place in our lives where the pain won’t be quite so intense.  For another person to place trust in us is a wonderful and delicate gift but for us to embark on a process of healing we need to trust ourselves

Sometimes after such a tragic and unexpected loss we can lose trust in ourselves and those around us. We lose confidence and become fragile especially when people expect us to be or do more than we can. If we slowly start to re-build trust in ourselves by simply listening to and following our hearts and intuition we will begin to grow through and beyond our disappointments.
